As they say, “experience is a degree”, and it is precisely that previous experience, already corroborated by SelectiaHome, which allows our professionals to organize themselves optimally to carry out housework and, in many cases, combine them with the accompaniment of seniors and / or dependents.

We will only introduce you to experienced and trained professionals for house management. As far as this is concerned, his tasks include, among others, cleaning and organizing the home, ironing, planning menus and preparing meals or doing the daily shopping. They can also set up a formal table and handle larger meals when there is a visit, run errands or help with packing when traveling.

 

An internal worker must have a work permit, be registered with Social Security, receive maintenance and accommodation (without the Interprofessional Minimum Wage being reduced for these concepts), enjoy 30 calendar days of paid vacation, receive two payments extras per year and have at least 36 consecutive hours of weekly rest.

Additionally, it must be taken into account that the working day may not exceed forty hours of effective work, without prejudice to the time of presence, available to the employer, that may be agreed between the parties. In this sense:

 

  • It is understood by presence times Those in which the worker is at the employer’s disposal, but without actively doing a job. These cannot exceed 20 hours per month and if so, they will have to be compensated financially or by equivalent hours of rest.
  • It is understood by overnight times the nights the employee sleeps in the home where he / she serves.
